As a realtor and small business owner, Dominic has seen firsthand accounts of how this economy has priced young families out of buying their first home, lowered standards of living for working Americans living paycheck to paycheck, and squeezed middle class families to the edge. Dominic will work to reduce the size of scope of our state government, reduce the tax burden facing small businesses and everyday Michigan residents, and rein in government spending.

Michigan has 900 fewer law enforcement officials than just three years ago. The result is that Michigan has 4 of the top 20 most dangerous cities in America – Detroit, Saginaw, Kalamazoo, and Lansing. Dominic will advocate for legislation that provides steadfast support for our police officers and enforces the law on criminal conduct.

Every child deserves an excellent education. But Michigan ranks in the bottom 10 states for reading proficiency,  math proficiency, and high school graduation rates. Dominic will support education policy that focuses on core academic subjects and rejects indoctrination in the classroom to make Michigan schools a standard-bearer for educational excellence.
